Ingredients | Bbq Temperature Gauge Australia½ white onion, cubed¼ cup olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced3 pounds boneless pork loin roast1 (12 fluid ounce) can brown ale (such as Newcastle® Brown Ale)3 tablespoons ground black pepper8 fluid ounces barbeque sauce½ fluid ounce liquid smoke flavoringDirectionsPlace onion, olive oil, and garlic in a slow cooker. Arrange pork over onion mixture and add ale. Season with black pepper.Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Drain and discard liquid from slow cooker.
